Brain blood flow influences the severity of tinnitus.
Roggwil, September 26, 2022 – At the University of Illinois, a research series has investigated the relationship between tinnitus and blood flow in the brain using magnetic resonance imaging. It has been demonstrated that the severity of tinnitus depends on the blood circulation in two brain regions (in the precuneus and the cingulate cortex).
With the tinniwell marketed by Resaphene Suisse AG, blood circulation is promoted through in-ear headphones that are inserted into the ear canal. Patients consistently report a positive therapeutic experience. This is reflected in improved falling and staying asleep and relaxation of the organism. Furthermore, our company observed that without the heat therapy and with exclusive use of music therapy, the treatment took significantly longer or did not work at all.
Due to the current patent situation, this technology cannot be copied, and Resaphene remains the only provider in the market that can offer a functioning tinnitus therapy.
