Egnach, July 3, 2026 – The Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency (TİTCK) has approved the performance of a clinical trial with the tinniwell tinnitus therapy device. The approval (trial number 2026-108) was granted to TRIO GRUP Klinik Araştırma Organizasyon as the sponsor's legal representative.

The prospective, randomized, and controlled trial is investigating the efficacy of tinniwell in patients with tinnitus. The Tinnitus Handicap Inventory (THI) and the Beck Depression Inventory are being used as measurement tools. The trial is being conducted in close cooperation with the Turkish partner BioTurk Rx.

Resaphene Suisse AG will provide the tinniwell devices required for the trial. Following the completion of the trial, it is planned to publish the results and, on this basis, initiate an approval process for tinniwell in Turkey.

The approval represents an important step towards the further clinical validation of tinniwell and highlights the international interest in the therapy.
